How to Register

1) Print out the registration form . Note that the registration form this year is 2 pages that must be returned plus an additional page of guidelines that don't need to be sent in.

2) Look through the website to help make your decisions regarding your top three choices for one-on-one presenters, merchandise and other add ons.

Who Can Attend?

Registration is open to all women at least 21 years of age.

DESIRE is a women's event. We welcome our transgendered sisters and brothers but we ask that those who attend do so with an awareness of the nature of the event and the desire to respectfully share in the women-centered space. If you have questions regarding trans-inclusion please email information@desireleatherwomen.com.

How Much Does DESIRE 2008 Cost?

Registration for DESIRE 2008 will be $175 until April 1st, 2008 and $190 thereafter.

What's Included

Registration for DESIRE includes 3 evening parties (Friday, Saturday and Sunday night), access to all workshops, a one-on-one session (space permitting) with one of our presenters, lunch on Saturday and Sunday.

How to Pay

Payments can be made either by check or via paypal. If paying by paypal you will be emailed an invoice to the email account that you provide on your registration. Additionally, to offset the administrative costs associated with paypal there is an additional $5 fee for paying with paypal.

Extras

Dinner on Saturday & Sunday Night

After numerous requests, for the first time this year DESIRE will be offering the option of purchasing dinner on Saturday & Sunday Night. This is an excellent option for participants with limited transportation options or anyone who would like to avoid having to leave the incredible atmosphere at the DESIRE resort to go in hunt for food.
Saturday & Sunday night dinners will be sold as a package deal, sorry to splitting. The total cost for dinners on both nights will be $35. Participants who would like to have dinner on site must select this option at the time of registration to enable us to properly plan on food quantities.

DESIRE Merchandise

Have you seen our shirts? Spotted at events across the country, DESIRE shirts are an always popular item. This year we will be offering several styles of shirts including standard t-shirt, boy style tank top, ribbed tank top and long sleeve shirts. These shirts will be available in all sizes if pre-ordered. Only limited quantities and not all sizes will be available on-site.

Other DESIRE memorabilia, including event pins and mugs are available. These items must also be pre-ordered to guarantee that you'll get yours.

Donations

DESIRE is a true labor of love and its continuing success is dependant on out ability to keep DESIRE financially viable. One way that you can support DESIRE's continuing success is to add a donation to your registration. Every little bit helps and we appreciate your support.

Volunteering

Can we count on you for a couple hours of volunteer help at DESIRE 2008? If so, please let us know. Although we no longer require "mandatory" volunteering, DESIRE continues to depend on volunteer labor to make it happen.

We promise, volunteering will be painless (unless you want it some other way) and it is a great way to give back to the event and to get to know people. Volunteers are needed to help with set-up on Thursday and Friday, take-down on Monday, event security and help with food service.

All volunteers will also receive a special thank-you.
